2200W Inlet&Outlet 16mm Side Fixing PTC Electric Heating Element for Water Boiler
Instant thick film water heating element is a new type electric instant heating element.
As its high power density up to 60w/cm2, heating element temperature ramp up very fast, thermal should be taken away quickly. So that we design this tubular thick film water heating element, which allows water flowing inside tube.
The heating circuit is made on tube surface's insulation layers, and covered by another insulation layer.
Water and Electric are totally insulated.
Compared with immersion Water Heaters elements, Jieda Thick Film Water Heating Element is advanced in larger heating area (Tubular Structure), compact profile, higher power density(40W/cm²), faster temperature response (up to 150℃/S), longer life time (>10,000 hours) and better thermal transfer(≥97%).
It connects with wire leads by spot-weld to silver conductor on the surface.
Due to its high power density up to 40w/cm2, the thermal should be taked away quickly. So that we design this tubular thick film heating element, to let water flowing inside tube and take away the heat quickly.
It's advanced in power density(60W/cm²), thermal transfer (≥97%) and temperature ramp-up rate(150℃/S).
You can get boiling water in 3 seconds, in the rate 550ml per minutes (3kw).
